Congratulations to the 23 Wesleyan College athletes who made the Collegiate Conference of the South (CCS) All-Academic List for the 2022-23 seasons. Those shown with an asterisk (*) beside their name earned placement on the Presidents’ Honor Roll after posting at least a cumulative 3.90 GPA for the academic year.
“It’s an honor to recognize our inaugural list of Academic All-Conference and Presidents’ Honor Roll student-athlete recipients,” said Collegiate Conference of the South Commissioner, Beth Vansant. “Our conference values exceptional athletics competition along with the outstanding work that occurs in the classroom. It is the NCAA Division III model, and we are proud of our first class of Academic All-Conference honorees.”
This was the inaugural season for the Collegiate Conference of the South, which features nine NCAA Division III institutions in Alabama, Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi and Tennessee. Across these 9 schools, a total of 719 honorees earned at least a 3.30 grade-point average in each semester of the 2022-23 academic year.
