Wesleyan College Celebrates Graduate Program Alumnae Tarry Little

Join Wesleyan College in celebrating this month's Graduate Program Alumnae spotlight: Tarry Little!

Little earned her B.A. in Sociology from Spelman College and an Executive MBA from Wesleyan College. Currently, she is the Director of Customer Service Operations for GEICO. Tarry began her career at GEICO in August 2004 in Auto Sales as part of the Professional Development Program (PDP). She has held several roles throughout her career, rotating over to Auto Service as an agent after her time in Sales. From there, she has held many management positions and is currently the Director of Service Operations for GEICO’s Macon, Dallas, and Iowa locations. In her GEICO tenure, Little helped to develop programs to defend GEICO against fraud, improved mobile app utilization, and implemented strategies to improve the total loss process for customers experiencing catastrophic claims.

Outside of her work responsibilities, Little makes herself available for mentoring and has helped elevate several associates, supervisors, and managers to the next level of their careers. She is currently an active board member of the Urban League of Greater Atlanta. In addition, she has served on the CTAE Advisory boards for both the Bibb County and Monroe County school districts, where she has supported the GEICO Youth Apprenticeship Program (YAP). Tarry presented on GEICO’s YAP program at the Lieutenant Governor’s Business and Education Summit for the state of Georgia and advocated at the state level for Jones County High School to receive approval for their College and Career Academy. While in Buffalo, Tarry served on the advisory board for the Boys and Girls Club. Tarry is the President and Co-Founder of The Queen’s Society, a local non-profit organization developed to provide mentorship to girls ages 8-16.

When she is not working, Little enjoys traveling, live concerts, watching football (UGA, Falcons), and traveling to support her amazing sons Khamren and Christian while they play competitive sports.

Wesleyan College is proud of Tarry and continues to cheer her along throughout her career!
